This session is designed for sensitive, empathic people whose nervous systems have learned to stay alert in order to feel safe.
If you notice patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or feeling unsettled when external circumstances change, this work supports your system in releasing those patterns at their root.
This transmission-based session works gently yet deeply across the nervous system, emotional body, and ancestral field. It clears inherited and learned survival responses — including fear of disapproval, hypervigilance, and difficulty holding boundaries — and recalibrates the body to a new baseline of internal safety and self-trust.
As the nervous system stabilises, the session also includes an Activation component, which helps activate and stabilise your innate capacity for self-confidence, healthy boundaries, and sovereign presence. Rather than pushing change, this activation allows these qualities to emerge naturally and sustainably, without overwhelm.

The session is a 15-minute Video Call to speak about your session and then I get off the video call to do the transmissions for you. Lying down is recommended for this.
What will I feel during or after the session?
Everyone experiences this work differently. Many people notice a sense of calm, grounding, or emotional release during or after the session. You may feel tired, relaxed, or quietly reflective as your nervous system settles into a new baseline. Some people experience emotional waves, sighing, yawning, or a feeling of relief. All of these responses are normal and indicate integration.
You do not need to “do” anything during the session — your body knows how to receive and integrate at its own pace.
How many sessions do I need?
This session is designed to work effectively as a one-off session. For many clients, a single session creates meaningful and lasting shifts.
If your nervous system has been conditioned by long-standing patterns (such as chronic people-pleasing, anxiety, or ancestral imprints), you may choose to repeat the session after 4–6 weeks to deepen integration. Repeats are optional and always guided by how your body feels, not by obligation.
