What is Ascension
Ascension is an opportunity for you to release your ego's control over your life and the surrendering of the ego to your higher-self's will. There are 12 levels of Lightbody Activations required to achieve planetary ascension.
Levels 1-7 of your Lightbody Activations is all about ascension working on the higher chakras to open and align with your Higher-Self which includes Soul Retrieval, then levels 8-12 of your Lightbody Activations is all about your lower chakras releasing separation and duality and aligning with your higher chakras and your divine will, the 8-12
levels is all about surrender and more Soul Retrieval, deeper levels of Divine Blueprint Activations and deeper levels of alignments.
When you achieve Ascension you feel more grounded in your physical body and more in the NOW vibration where your mind is more relaxed about everything and not in a state of wanting to be in control. You walk your Higher-Self's path so to speak and your ego is more surrendered then ever before. Your ego will continue going into deeper levels of surrender even after your ascension
and its much easier, there is no resistance like before. There is no tugging from the ego as much and you find yourself
creating in a space of love most of the time. You may already be feeling the Ascension Symptoms (scroll down for more info)
There are opportunities for you to go into your Cosmic Ascension at the lower levels after your Planetary Ascension if your
Higher-Self chooses to and you are ready for that level of Ascension. The Higher Levels of Cosmic Ascension are worked on when you leave your physical body as you cannot do the higher Levels of Cosmic Ascension whilst you are physically incarnated.
If you choose to consciously work on achieving your Ascension in this lifetime I highly recommend saying NO TO DRUGS
Drugs including marijuana will take you backwards and disconnect you from your soul. Get reconnected if you have taken drugs in your life before embarking on the following sessions, it will be more powerful for you.

Ascension Symptoms
Ascension Symptoms are a wake up call from your Higher-Self to release all attachments to illusion, duality
consciousness and the 3D Matrix. Some of these symptoms are addressed on this page.
The Spiritual Clearing/Healing/Soul Retrieval sessions are also Etheric Surgery sessions that
can assist with alleviating some of these symptoms through assisting the ego to let go of fear, anxiety and attachments to the areas in your life your Higher-Self is calling you to let go of and clearing removing etherically, energies that have come up through the raising of your vibration and dropping density.

Some of the Spiritual Ascension Symptoms are:
Sharp Chronic Pain in the head, neck or shoulders.
Pressure between the eyebrows.
Severe headaches at the base of the skull.
Muscle aches and joint aches - holding lots of stored resistance
Nausea and vomiting -Stored fear in the body
Diarrhea - Stored rage in the body
Flu-like symptoms - dropping density
Acne and rashes
Fevers and sweats - This can happen if the person's energy bodies are vibrating
out of phase with the physical body.
Pain in the lower back and hips
Dizziness and clumsiness
Thinking "Why am I here?, Who am I?"
Blurry vision, chest pains, heart palpitations
Feeling exhausted, depressed and alienated
You feel like you can't speak properly or words are coming out jumbled up
Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress.
A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place.
Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body.
Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m.
Memory loss.
Feeling of intense or uncomfortable head pressure, often at the skull/crown area as if your head is being squeezed
Tingling sensations or 'falling asleep' of limbs, particularly the arms, hands, legs or feet, but sometimes feeling this sensation at the top of your
head or in other parts of the body that are uncommon
Experiencing moments of audio dyslexia where someone is speaking but it is as if you can't process the information or understand what they are saying; periods where words seem to lose their meaning or don't make sense in the same way they used to
Changes in hearing or unusual sounds; ringing in the ears, hearing beeps, pings, tones, frequencies, whoosing or pulsating sensations.
Periods of extreme sensitivity to sounds where they appear louder than usual, and periods where sounds seem more muffled 'Seeing' and 'hearing' things.
Looking out at your environment and feeling as if you are experiencing a dream world or alternative reality,
that it's not real or something looks 'fake', out of place or unusual
Periods of extreme fatigue for no apparent reason that happens out of the blue, or upon awakening although being fully rested; also, periods of feeling wide awake and energized despite lack of sleep
Loss of identity. Feeling 'out of body'.

Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other simulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You don't feel like doing anything.
A loss of desire for food, and/or sleep.
​
A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area.
​
A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences.
You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful.
​
Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don't belong here anymore.
​
Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort.
Anxiety and panic. Depression. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. Night sweats and hot flashes.
Please note these symptoms are a general indication of Spiritual Ascension, visit your doctor if physical symptoms are worrying you, however, most of the Shamanic Multidimension Etheric clearing/healing and soul retrieval work will alleviate these symptoms if they are etherically related and are ascension symptoms you are experiencing. I have had folks say to me they have gone to the doctor and the doctor said there is nothing wrong with them, this is an indication it is etherically related and connected to the ascension symptoms as described.
